Our wedding will take place at the Ojai Valley Inn. We have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate. We hope you enjoy Ojai as much as we do and extend your stay beyond the wedding weekend. Ojai Valley Inn will honor a discounted rate up to three days before and three days after based on availability.
To reserve your room please call: (888) 697-9116 or (855) 697-8780 and let them know you are booking with the Untracht/Johnson wedding. The room block is available until May 31, 2024.
If you happen to find a better rate on Hotels.com, Expedia, Travelocity, or any of the other online booking websites, feel free to book through them but please still call the number above to let them know that your reservation is with the Untracht/Johnson wedding. This little extra step will go a long way in assisting us with planning our wedding.
Travel
Ojai is a small town nestled in the valley of the Topa Topa Mountains, about 80 miles North of Los Angeles and 40 miles South of Santa Barbara.
If you're flying, the three closest airports are Santa Barbara (SBA), Los Angeles (LAX) and Burbank (BUR). The drive from LAX / BUR is about 90 minutes, from SBA, about an hour. Be sure to allow plenty of extra time for traffic! In weekday rush hour (typically 3-7pm), the drive from LA can be 2 hours or more.
Getting Around
We recommend renting a car for the weekend both for driving to and from the airport, and getting around in Ojai. Uber will be difficult (if not impossible) to get in the area.
